Rochelle’s expertise was instrumental in leading Chevron Corporation’s Digital Transformation journey, where she spearheaded the Digital Incubation program within the Cloud Acceleration initiative. Under her guidance, over 15 high-value MVPs were deployed, and robust agile teams were established within the first year, paving the way for sustainable success.
Now, as the founder of RTculate LLC and Inbitesize, Rochelle continues her mission to empower organizations in transitioning from project-centric to product-centric models.
